.DISCUSSION...Breezy winds will redevelop through the Cascade
gaps and into portions of the Columbia Basin in the afternoons
through Thursday. Low RHs will continue across the area, but are
not expected to overlap with critical winds in most places.
However, critical RHs and winds will overlap tomorrow afternoon in
the Kittitas valley, with a red flag warning in effect through 8
PM tomorrow. Isolated thunderstorms will redevelop over the
eastern mountains tomorrow afternoon and evening.
